I really trusted the company as they were very swift in replying at first but after you pay and start processing their responses start to decrease. The items arrived safe and sound but the printing on the box was very unsatisfactory. The ingredients on the lipstick and the lip gloss was same, there was no effort from their end on the box printing. I spent full amount on it but I guess they just didn't want to waste time on my item due to lesser quantity. The glosses are all different in texture and fragrance, esp Shade 033 and 012, they smell very very bad and cheap. Shade "Tootsie" was the best, i dont know about the rest 6 shades i ordered. The liquid lipsticks was okay and they mixed up the bottle of a gloss, by using a lipstick bottle ! Overall my experience was subpar as they really gave no thought or time to my item and i am deeply disappointed 3 days of messages & she only replied with "hi" and when i texted her back she would ignore again
